Around an hour, sometimes more or less depending on how many questions you may have.

What time zone are you in?
I am in Eastern Standard Time and generally offer these consultations between 9 AM EST and 6 PM EST, 7 days a week.

Do I need special software for the video call?
I conduct my channel consultations using Zoom which is a free video-conferencing platform. You will need to download Zoom for free from www.Zoom.us prior to us conducting our call.

Do I need to have my video turned on during the call?
No, you don't need to but I personally find it easier to have a conversation with someone if I can see their face. The important thing is that you can see my screen as I look at your videos and YouTube channels and give you feedback.

Do you need to have access to my YouTube account?
No, I will look at your YouTube channel from my computer. If you have specific questions about how to understand your analytics or where to change something, you can share your screen with me and I will walk you through how to access different features.
